Humble, peaceful and relaxing place to be at all times.

Very beautiful set-up -- calm, tranquil and beautiful. Very hospitable and friendly people I have gone there for many years and always received great service and even though their service has changed a few times throughout the years they have always been kind to me and my family.

The place is Calm, peaceful and so serene, amid the business and bustle of a big city. We had our AoS Conference here and the place was amazing. I love the Chapel. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and quiet. Food was beautiful. The people were all friendly and helpful. I’d like to go back and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Lovely quiet cafe to visit. Menu is limited as there is no kitchen on site. Coffee is top class. Staff and atmosphere is very welcoming.

OMG, where do we start.....first of all, the security gates and cameras make you feel so absolutely secure and safe for your car, belongings, and most of all family, one feels like they have pulled into a VIP Hotel. The Mary Mac Killop Place is more like a ZEN Sanctuary. The sense of peace and harmony overwhelms the senses. The grounds smell delightful, from the Lillies to the Jakarandas, and the entire property nullifies the hustle and bustle of the stressful sounds of the city, just outside the property walls. The ENTIRE staff, from reception, to cleaning, to kitchen (esp) dining room and kitchen staff, were kind, sincere, and very friendly. The breakfast food variety was superb, and the juicer was a bonus for fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables, except I made a disastrous mess - sorry. : ( AWe loved the garden walks, and meditating in quiet in the lovely chapel and gazebo area. The church staff ladies were wonderful to our seven month old baby daughter, and the room facilities were immaculate. The rooms smelled fresh, crisp clean sheets and not a smidgen of dust anywhere. I could go on and on, and suffice it to say, as a business man staying full time n hotels for 18 years in three countries - this place is an absolute charm. Cant wait to come back in December 29th for a week...baby number two planned.

The Church is calm and welcoming with the tomb of St. Mary MacKillop witj daily mass.

The museum is insiteful and well laid out documenting the history and foundation of the Sister of St. Joseph.

The cafe and shop is a nice relaxing atmosphere with a number of items for sale.

The Anderledy Lodge is comfortable, clea with great staff and good breakfast. Such an amazing place to stay.

Lovely accommodation place, clean rooms and good food..Loved the location as I could walk anywhere I need. Also loved how calm the place is as it has a nice unique style.

The meat in the sausage roll is unique and not like what you get in other cafes. The current staff are friendly. Coffee is good

On Friday morning, a friend took me to St Mary of the Cross MacKillop Place for an outing, where I wrote an ardent petition and placed it in the box. On our way out, we met a very interesting character in the foyer too, who added to the spiritual encounter. This morning, I woke up very early to ring a nephew overseas, who was celebrating his 21st birthday (having lost his mother suddenly two weeks before Easter) and he gave me the news that he had come into some very good luck on Friday. I was overjoyed as my petition was for a good luck break that would turn his and his sister's lives around for the better this year. His luck came in the form of a significant sponsorship through the generosity of a stranger who thanked him for his kindness and companionship when he wasn't feeling well.

The power of prayer is far more than co-incidence. I truly believe that through the intercession of St Mary of the Cross, MacKillop, my prayer was answered! Thanks be to God. I therefore implore anyone who is on the edge of despair, to pay a visit and you will come out feeling enriched!
