Really good customer service , especially from Jo (I think that's her name). I needed some bank statements and she was so kind in printing and labelling them neatly :) Definitely deserves a raise! Thank you!

Only exchanging notes on weekdays (within business hours, when I am at work) means that I effectively lose money due to having a job and no way to exchange a broken $5 note that I received. Very poor decision from national management.

Went in to open a bank account and was told to come another day with appointment. Very disassapointed with this kind of customer service where they turn away potential customer. There were many unoccupied staffs but none can perform the task, except the one who is waiting for the customer to turn up for his appointment.

Service was much more efficient before the recent renovations. A two teller service desk with usually just one person serving is ridiculous.

Severely understaffed , over 20 minute wait just to open a couple of account's

Banks should consider placing employees who have a passion for service in customer-facing roles. This approach would not only enhance the bank's image but also foster a community-friendly atmosphere.

Highpoint westpac should be honest and put up a sign that says only asians because it only serves asians and not whites or blacks, i was observing the whole time, a gentleman came to ask for a statement printout but the lady immediately jumped and said our printers aren’t working and she turned the gentleman around yet she had the nerve to print for someone else,

And how they treat non Asian elders arghh disgusting
Wish someone should refer this branch to current affairs I promise the whole community will be disgusted and disappointed.

The teller I talked to was very rude and said I'm just holding the line. I said you should have haved booked me an appointment so I can talk to someone from the branch properly instead of grilling me and saying I'm just wasting time.

If only there was an option to give zero stars! Don’t waste your time here, the staff are rude and incompetent. Westpac only cares about opening accounts and has no interest in looking after its existing customers. Don’t bother trying to call them either, they won’t answer the phone or return your call if you leave a message.

Slow service, seems a little unorganised which is frustrating when you have a busy day. Definitely won’t do my business banking there in the future.

Terrible service, couldn’t make a withdrawal. Told me to go to the atm day after day to get the money I needed.

Hopeless customer service. Attendants are busy trying to do as little as possible! Do not waste your time here. Better off “talking” to a computer or overseas call centre. Would give negative stars if possible!

The staff in this branch are horrible, the worst customer service experience I have ever been through. Staff sending me from tellers to customer service desks, all I needed to do was access my account through my Handycard like I was doing in the past. The two ladies working at the customer service desk on 16/5/19 at about 2.30pm were horrible mumbling under their breath rudely and obnoxiously. I asked why I can not access my accounts from my card like I had been in the past and she said to me 'I don't know, things have changed'. Then I said to her 'your kidding thats how you answer your customers and then they accuse me of raising my voice. The other customer service lady said to me that I should be a human and that she will call security on me for asking a simple question. In the end I could not take being spoken to like that I stormed out. Shocking! Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced teller lady was also very unhelpful. I have many accounts with Westpac I demand that these two in customer service do not work in this branch as I use this branch and I never want to see them again absolutely disgusting, rude, unhappy and unsatisfied with their job. Bring in the youth of Australia brighten up the branch..
