We would like to personally thank access homes. In particular , Serena for going above and beyond to help us get into our new home.

The time and date listed for the home open was unfortunately inconvenient for me. Thankfully Serena was able to take time out of her busy schedule to personally show me through the home in a very relaxed & easy-going manner.

The process for application was made very quick, easy and straightforward with a few emails and phone calls back and forth ( after hours, which we very much appreciate )

Due to our new apartment being vacant for a longer period of time, there was a little bit of dust that had collected. Within 15 minutes of initial mention, Serena and Olivia organised a professional cleaning team to come out & tend to the property within 24 hours.

The cleaners were very thorough and professional and did a fantastic job. We are now settled in our new home and very pleased with the service that we’ve received from access homes. We would like to give credit where credit is due, and thank access homes for their outstanding work and personalised service.
