Chandos cafe

I work close by and get my coffee here every day. It's been months now and it feels like a treat each time. They know exactly how I like my coffee and they do it well. They are so friendly, always warmly greeting customers with a smile. 😊 I'm also amazed by how AJ remembers many customer names and their preferences! Highly recommended. Go ahead and tell them how you like your coffee and they'll give their 100%.

Good coffee and food, friendly staff. The cafe is on the ground floor of a small building so the cafe design and atmosphere is not perfect but nice for takeaway. Brekkie roll highly recommended, so fresh and yummy.

Wow I cannot say enough about this café the service is fantastic the food is amazing and the hot chocolates are just over the top if you have one make sure you get a marshmallow in it

AJ and the team provide the best service, they are always so friendly and efficient. I live on the Gold Coast and only travel to Sydney once every few months, AJ always remembers my name and order and it’s obvious he does for so many of his regulars too. By far the best chai latte I’ve ever had, and the wraps and sandwiches are so tasty too.

Small place but big people. Absolute great customer experience. The most important to me. We were served with a friendly smile, and a warming welcome. Little things make this place a good one! Keep the hard work guys! Ciao belli!

In the 2 months I've worked nearby, I've filled up 2 loyalty cards (40 coffees!) and let me tell you, AJ has never missed once. Beautiful and hearty, each cup is made with love and expert craftsmanship. AJ is warm to his customers and stays familiar with our orders, and always wishes us well =)

Love this little cafe.
The man that is behind the counter is so attentive ( I think his name is AJ) and remembers everyone's coffee order and even has started making it before you come to the counter. So efficient. Bonus that you get a little biscuits with your coffee also. Love it. Small little touches. And cheapest coffee in St Leonard's area. Massive plus for getting the regular customers back all the time.

Only bought a takeaway coffee but I had to leave a review because it was so good. Friendly people, excellent coffee and the little shortbread is a nice touch.

Having worked in St Leonards for 3 years now, coffee shops are important. They are all pretty good. Chandos Cafe is my special coffee shop and meeting place. Great coffee, prepared just as I like it. Nice and interesting fresh snacks. Great customer service, well managed.

Hey Everybody, I work at Chandos Cafe and AJ is my boss. From the first till today, I'm making a thousand mistakes and let me tell you, he is always nice and patient with me, you know, like really nice and patient.

He is genuinely kind and friendly with his customers too. Everyone seems to love him and to be honest, I feel slightly jealous.

So if not for anything, do come and have a chat with him to feel good if you're crossing Chandos Street💫.

Great Cafe and Lovely Staff. Similar to another reviewer here, after 2 visits both my name and order both remembered. I visit daily for my coffee fix and cannot recommend the them enough.
