Early morning breakfast & to watch the shooting of a TV series. Nice setting green & clean. Service excellent too. Hope to visit again as I live nearby . Serene atmosphere so could sit & plan my next travel plan … Olympics🍀

Ladies were polite and friendly, freshly cooked burger and chips came quickly and was delicious.

Delicious food for brunch and lunch in a wonderful spot conveniently located in the heart of St Leonards! We specially loved the burgers, perfectly brewed coffee and refreshing juice and smoothies 😋 If that wasn’t enough, their customer service is one of the best we’ve ever had in Sydney!

I start rating this place by the coffee, and theirs is spot on. We had the pancakes, slow cooked brisket and benedict bruschetta. Superb!! A thousand stars for the brisket.
The friendly staff makes you feel welcome.

This place is amazing. We have been several times to The Moody Chef and every single time it has been really good. Food is delicious and fresh. Portions are fairly big. Coffee is great. Service attentive even if it's busy. Our favorite brunch place.

The Moody Chef offers a great combination of tasty food, friendly staff and a remarkably tasty coffee☕!! If you are fan of tasty and healthy food this is the right place to match your expectations.
Few days ago I tried the Portuguese Caesar salad with Olive croutons, a good alternative if you want to enjoy a tasty meal and don't worry about your diet.
Highly suggest to visit it, we will not be left disappointed by the numerous food alternatives offered daily. Take-away and caterings are also available💯.

This is my office's favourite go-to place for healthy & hearty lunch. We love it for the friendly team members. good options for healthy & yummy grab n go fixes (salads, wraps, sandwiches), as well as dine in options. I especially love their sweet potato chips with sour cream & tomato salsa. Tried the pastas, pizza & mostly fresh gourmet salad. They even sell their gourmet house made sauces & dressings!

Great sized breakfast with a whole variety of flavours, especially on the vegan menu. They also have a great selection of drinks, along with hydroponic herbs growing in sight from the tables, pushing the refreshing vibe of the menu. I highly recommend. Great Jazz to fit too.

Came around 2pm and the kitchen’s already closed but the wraps are definitely a must-try! Just ordered a takeaway cappuccino but decided to stay for a while because people were very nice and hospitable. They seem to always make sure they provide everything you need. Kudos also to the management for being confident in their trainees while the business continues to grow! Will for sure try the lunch menu next time💪🏻🙌🏻

Great staff and the omelette isn't instagram-worthy but the flavour is absolutely delicious (that's what counts after all). A bit more pricey than the usual but we are on the North shore so that's expected. Highly recommended!

My firm used George at The Moody Chef to send out 50 hampers to staff in Sydney. George was fantastic. He turned it around in record time, the boxes were great value and the food was delicious. I will definitely use The Moody Chef again for catering.

Love this cafe. A local gem!! Excellent coffee, delicious sticky chai, relaxing and inviting atmosphere and decor and always friendly service with a smile from George and Al. Will keep coming back over and over!

Had to organise catering for series of events for work, for three sites three days ..very less time was given. Moody Chef came to rescue me. Lunch, morning tea, afternoon tea etc., for three days.. George was so friendly and accommodative. The taste, serving quantity and the help with selecting the menu was amazing. Thankyou team. Will recommend highly to any events small big.. Talk to George
