The reviews and rating are pretty harsh, I personally had never been here and loved it. Fantastically done up store where thoughts gone to how everything should be in the store. The menu was vast, tried the mix fruits iced tea and loved it. The staff were really friendly and quick to get the order out. Couple tables and raised seating within the store.
Exactly what I wanted after a hot bloody day to cool down... Cheers guys

The prices here are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality you're getting.

Make sure you sign up for their membership!!! I did purely to collect points and get rewards, but they promised membership orders would get prioritised ...so perfect :)
Even during the busiest hour, the service remained prompt. I read past comments about the delay in service. I believe there could have been a complete changeover in the management structure as what I experienced today was completely different than what others said. Don't trust me? Good staff and my order came quick. Probably because I ordered a bottled drink? But chocolate and Panna Cotta are two of my favourite desserts so I love it.

I’ve been to countless bubble tea stores across Sydney, but I kept coming back to Machi Machi Burwood, and when I saw that a new Machi Machi opened at Rhodes I was excited. Since opening I have been here so many times and every time my drink is delicious. The staff are friendly and while wait times can get quite long when the store is busy, I always find the drinks to be worth it. Hands-down the best bubble tea store in Rhodes.
