I live within a 3 minute walk, and if not for that I would never shop here.
The man that's 'always' there displays very little in the way of people skills and warmth.
Rarely says hello, and makes us customers feel like we're interrupting him and his laptop....Which he is never off.
With its location, this shop could make a fortune.
To achieve this it merely has to employ new people.

I used to come here. Then today I called to ask if they can do cash out on a purchase. The guy literally said "we are not a bank" and slammed the phone in my face. Sorry but that rude arrogant behaviour has lost you a local customer. Think again about your manners.

Very rude and inactive asian staff. Asked where can I find the prices of the 24 packs. He asked to get the beers to the counter so he can scan. We got 2 different 24 packs and bought 1 from it. He then rudely asked us to put back the another 24 pack back in the cellar. I really think it was his job.
