Staff we super accommodating for us with our two children under two years old. Food was extra fast, we were put somewhere with extra space, and they were friendly to the children. The banquet is the way to go. Great selection of food. Couldn't finish it all, and took the rest for lunch the next day

Amazing india food, i think much better then many indian restaurants in adelaide, economical and good service, "thali" is one of the best options to taste maximum dish in one go

Amazing food all round, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Just wish the portions were bigger as two of us easily got through entree, 3 mains and sides.

The food was amazing - all the dishes were freshly cooked and served. Our server was fantastic. The owner visited to our table a few times, checking in to make sure we enjoyed everything. They always make sure we are well-served and treated us to dessert (Fried Naan Dessert was so good) when we were finished with our meals. Besides, I really love the old building and the interior of Ruby Raja

Regular Indian dining spot! Friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere. Food is amazing. Most people would say Indian food is good in winter but this restaurant offers dishes that are refreshing in summer. We had the Raja platter which is a great starter to share. Prawn Pakoras, Tandoori prawn & squid. Mains we had Chicken Tikka Masala, butter chicken, ruby prawns and beef kerala. As a side we had rice and cheese garlic naan (best combination) we also had some cocktail drinks that was on their special menu. Also if youre a huge fan of Naan, they had a special dessert Naan. I would recommend this place going in a big group so you can try different dishes as we did. If you can't finish it, take it home! The building is so rustic and beautiful, it's a great romantic dining spot too!

I would like to say thankyou to the ruby team the food was amazing its back how it use to be 15 years ago lots of meat and soo tender and sauce is soooo good cheers we be back for sure its on our list

I ordered a curry tasting plate - Three different curries, rice and a naan for under $30. It was a wonderful way to test out their fantastic menu. The korma was delicious! We'll be coming back.

I have been a regular Ruby Raja customer for the last 15 years. I’ve always had a wonderful experience there, and the food is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a great meal!

The banquet we had was simply divine. Big chunks of tender lamb in the curry, great flavour. After going to another similar restaurant recently, there was no comparison. The food is well worth every cent! The drinks were very tasty and everything arrived in good time. 10/10 would recommend

My daughter and I came here for the first time for dinner tonight. The meals were delicious but I want to make a special mention of the two young ladies serving us. The place was packed out and the two of them were the only service staff. We were very impressed with how quickly we could order and also how quickly our food came out to us. Totally recommend and Will definitely come here again!!!

Delectable Indian food, my curry was yummy and they even changed their menu item to cater for me, I would give the staff all big kisses.

The restaurant was really good, the atmosphere of the converted heritage house is really comfortable, and the food was really delicious. The menu had a lot of options, I had the Thali and it gave a great variety of some really tasty food in a good size portions.

A lovely Indian restaurant in an old home it seems. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We had the banquet and it was more than enough per person. We will definitely be back

My husband and I dropped in for a quick bite to eat at Ruby Raja on Wednesday evening while waiting for our son to finish his gymnastics class. Service was friendly and efficient and the food delicious. Service was super quick - we'd barely completed researching what a 'cash store' was (the original purpose of the old building in which the restaurant is situated)! The place had a warm, welcoming and family-friendly feel. Highly recommend.

Great experience, lots to choose from all very fresh, there was an issue with a dish that the waiters mended with no hassles. Will definitely be coming back

We had a great experience was quiet when we arrived and had a few choices where to sit but seats started to fill after we got there. Meals and rice were extremely good, garlic cheese naan bread very good also. The dessert we had fried Naan with condensed milk and ice cream was amazing, perfect end to the meal.
Service was great and the quality of food justified the price. Very satisfied.
Today about 2 years later we went back and it was even better than the first visit Ruby chicken and Rajasthan prawns were amazing.
Had fried naan again just as good as we remembered.

Very nice food. Reasonably priced and average size serves. Lovely atmosphere. We asked for a quiet spot and we’re given exactly that. The only negative is they didn’t do Decaffinated coffee and all four of us wanted decaf. So hence we didn’t order any coffees 😏. But everything else was great including the lovely old building.

Delicious Indian cuisine at an affordable price. My first experience was great. Will definitely return.
