Had a pleasant experience buying a pair of shoes I’ve wanted for a while, lovely staff and will be going back again for sure

On Saturday morning I visited the store footlocker Hurstville and was served by a woman named Hine, she was very helpful and friendly while assisting me. I will definitely come here again!

Small store but their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to try to assist. If they don't have stock they can always try to arrange products to be shipped to you directly from their warehouse. A new large store in coming up in Hurstville, replacing this one. Hopefully their service will remain too notch.

i actually really liked the footlocker in hurst, it was like welcoming n the server was nice too. he j kept waiting for me to like try the shoe and it felt a bit uneasy but overall nice

Decent selection of shoes and clothing for what is a small store. I've been forced to shop locally for sneakers now that eastbay no longer supplies outside of the US.

Staff are helpful, however, depending on the time of day the store can get quite full and staff are too swamped to serve you.

Staff are knowledgeable on the products and clearly have better training than the staff at JD Sports.

Prices are reasonable and the selection is vast enough to satisfy most people.

Shevwas polite and said "when you ready and if we cant find it in the shop front, well try to find it for you

That's what I'm talking about, persistent, confidence and very easy going on my no pressure to buy it whatsoever
