Not sure if Ai is talking about the right place as I have always had such a positive experience with all the staff working at this store. As a regular customer, they have always gone above and beyond to help me find the clothes and size I am looking for. They have always made time for me - even if they are meant to be on lunch! Their customer service is on point and the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Always a positive experience with these girls.

I'm not going back to Cotton On Body North Sydney. Bad customer service, the blonde lady with curly hair was quite loud and rude when approached. And she opened the shop late around 9:20am!

Unfortunately I had very rude customer service in this place. The staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. They never do greeting to any customers and no smile. Moreover, when I asked a question or two, she answered with attitude, and even didn't try to sell the products at all. I don't recommend this store.
