Excellent customer service ! I want to thank Maria, the store assistant, who have helped me to resolve a click and collect problem. I placed an online order a few days ago, but I ended up needing only 1 out of the 3 items that I have purchased. She is very patient and polite, and helped me to process the refund of the order and purchase the item I needed. Well Done, Maria !

Just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance with organizing my script. I travelled interstate forgetting my

Everytime I go to chemist warehouse. Maria puts a bright smile on my dial. She is energetic, bubbly and nothing is ever a problem. Her customer service is outstanding. It would help if other staff members learn from her effervescent attitude.

Turned up just past 7pm on Saturday. My watch had just gone to 7:01. Door was just finished sliding across as I got there, which I have no issue with as we do the same where I work. A team member was outside and said we are closed, I explained I just had a C&C to collect, that I can’t collect it for another week if I can’t get it now and it will be cancelled as it will go over 14 days. Could have said unfortunate we are closed now but went and got it for me. People are too quick to post negative interactions about retail but this was great and he went further than he needed to. Thanks a lot!

I am writing today to commend a staff member. I commend her for ALWAYS being so genuinely kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful at all times to assist myself + many others in her path.

As for many unhappy customers out there (I was one of you guys during the 1st months when the shop was opened I complained/reported my unnecessary stressful situation to the manager but to no avail) and I stopped entering Chemist Warehouse Strathfield Plaza for almost 2 months and somehow luck changed and I was fortunate happy to come across this very helpful + polite shop assistant and that was why I am back shopping with Chemist Warehouse Strathfield Plaza.

Staff very helpful, I was looking for Milk Thistle tablets and was lost until I was assisted by staff without even asking for help.

This is my favourite and preferred pharmacy in strathfield. All of the staff (particularly the pharmacists <3 ) are knowledgable and friendly! Highly recommended!
