This is NOT your regular Pharmacy or Chemist Shop. Excellent customer services from all staff members. Caring and attentive Pharmacists who ensure customers understand their medication regime and interaction with other medications, herbal supplements and food. The Pharmacists are always there to assist and go above and beyond expectation when offering advice and help. The Ladies who attend to customers are just the nicest people with HUGE hearts of gold and an innate ability to turn a bad day into a good day for unwell/anxious customers. Big enough to offer more than just prescriptions, but small enough to offer TOTAL care.

The staff are always helpful including the pharmacists who take the time to ask you questions and ensure you're getting the treatment you need. All so friendly as you'd expect from our own local pharmacy here in Lara. Plus their prescriptions are often cheaper than some of the pharmacies in Geelong, but that's because you're paying for the convenience of the Geelong pharmacies often being open later.

New to the area and beyond impressed with the service here. Such a comfort to know that a great pharmacy is only minutes away!

On Friday,after becoming overwhelming unwell very quickly, I attended the Pharmacy.The staff could see that I was unwell and while waiting for my prescription they attended to my every need without me needing to move from my chair.Such service, I had become to believe ,was long gone..Amazing and very appreciated service.Thank you
