Em’s mums & bubs Pilates class is amazing. It’s a real workout (unlike lots of mums & bubs options!) with other lovely mums, but also totally casual if you need to settle a crying baby or breastfeed halfway through! Em is super encouraging - it was such a perfect way to get back into exercise.

The mums and bubs classes are a wonderful way to get back into pilates and meet new mums, all while spending time with your little one. Em is a fantastic and very attentive instructor, and I highly recommend this class to new mums!

Mums and Bubs class is a great way to get back into exercise after having a baby. Emily is great with all the babies in the class and always keeps us mums engaged. Highly recommend this class.

My baby daughter and I went to the Mums and Bubs classes with Em and loved it! The classes are a great way to get back to movement and fitness after pregnancy and birth and Em is a great teacher. The classes are hard work (which is a good thing) and Em is so lovely to both mums and the babies. Highly recommended!

I always look so forward to Em’s Mums and bubs Pilates classes. They are always such a great workout that leave me feeling happy and energised for the rest of the day! Em is such an amazing instructor that is so lovely and motivating. It is also so nice to catch up with other mums after class as there is a coffee shop below.

Em is just the best teacher! She’s always got a big bright welcoming smile on her face and is always so lovely. Her mums n bubs classes are packed full of fun and challenging exercises and she adapts moves to suit individuals, with or without baby in arms!! If your baby needs settling throughout the class she encourages this and continues with no judgment. She enabled me to get back into exercise and I’ll be forever grateful!

I started Mums and Bubs Pilates when my bubs was around 8 weeks old- 9 months.
It has helped me build my core strength again and gave me an opportunity to meet other mums. Thanks so much Em you have been a pleasure to work with. Hopefully see you in the city for some classes when I return to work next week 😀

I have been attending Em’s classes for the past 2 years. I first met her when I was pregnant and then continued going to her mums and bubs classes with my young baby. I loved it all.
Em’s classes are my secret to a happy day. I love her energy and contagious smile. She is as fit as can be but her classes are accessible to all levels of fitness. She always gives options so you can choose and improve along the weeks.

We have been going to Em’s class at mosman rowers for the last 4 months and love it. It’s so easy to take Bub and makes it such a joy to make the work out. Em copes with all the chaos of babies and Bub loves watching the other little ones too! And it’s such a great work out too. Much better than I would do on my own.

Em’s barre class is brilliant. It’s a full body workout which you can adapt to your fitness level plus the combination of barre movements and pilates mat work will have you feeling toned in no time. On top of that, Em creates a warm, supportive and friendly environment for the whole class and it’s lovely that bub gets to come along for the ride with play time on the mat!

Can’t recommend Em’s mums n bubs pilates classes enough💛! Not only did they help me get back into exercise post bub however they were great excuse to get out of the house. Em is an excellent instructor and is great at settling babies so you can get more out of the class. Thank you Em!! I’ll miss your classes now I’m going back to work 😢

Em is a fantastic instructor. The classes are challenging and rewarding yet always enjoyable. Em accommodates all levels and offers modifications to suit everyone. Parental, post natal, with bub, or for a straight up mind, body and soul invigoration, Em’s classes are hard to beat!

I can highly recommend Em for a good challenging work out. I love how she mixes up the routine so it’s not the same every time. Her sessions provide a good all over body workout but you can also target specific areas if you wish. Her bubbly positive personality also makes for an enjoyable workout :)
