Laptop was completely dead, and had important data inside. Could not be turned on at all. Warranty was over, and manufacturer said couldn’t help and would be expensive. Brought it down to Louis hoping he could save it. Left it at his shop for a couple of days, and somehow, someway, he managed to fix it and revive it. Amazing technical ability and skill, and extremely reasonable price. Unassuming shop front, but I highly recommend you this shop if your computer needs help.. very happy with the service

Louis was able to take a problem of mine and solve is quickly and cheaply. This required him to spend some time problem solving which he did without charging me. I could not recommend highly enough.

called and emailed requesting a cable, even sent a picture of said part to confirm it's availability. was give confirmation, i made the 5km journey only to be handed the wrong part and when I confronted them with the email correspondene it was clear they hadn't bothered to even read it properly. The cable was never in stock. I was then casually brushed off. worst customer service. cannot recommend.
