Great food selection, excellent service, good presentation what more could you ask for. This is my regular lunch spot when I'm in Parramatta, they so do great coffee all for a good price. Last time I went I got the grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables it was really great and I highly recommend. The staff are really nice and helpful. Just be warned, get in early because bit can get busy during lunch. All in all one of my favourite lunch spots to eat at and get takeaway.

This place rocks. Peak hour is pretty busy. The staff is pretty good and quick with there service. Great coffee. Alot of food options. Good healthy food along with naughty options also. Always playing upbeat awesome tunes.

Urge of coffee took me to this place randomly however I was quite impressed with the way Barista named Vinni was giving coffee to everyone with his infectious smile. And the coffee was good too. Keep up the good work Vinni. There are very few Barista’s like you.

Fantastic blend of service, food and space. Visited for breakfast, coffee and the Ricotta and Chilli Jam Scrambled Eggs is a must try. The bar has been raised in Parramatta.

The quality of the food is outstanding. We arranged catering for an office event - a combination of sandwiches and hot food. The food was packaged amazingly, it arrived hot and fresh. The ordering process was easy and the service provided was great. Would defiantly recommend Black Seed for catering or a bite at their establishment.

The chai latte here has to be one of the best chai lattes I have ever had. The milk was heated beautifully and the drink was delicious and smooth. Definately will be back. The service was pretty good too. Nice, friendly and quick.

This is my go to place for an extraordinary lunch.
The food prepared is delicious and fresh.
The sevice with a smile is welcoming and you feel like a regular patron after the first visit.
Music can be a little loud at times, but that's just personal opinion. Outdoor seating is a viable option, should you find the noise overwhelming.
Be prepared for a small crowd and queues between 12:15pm and 1pm. But that's probably just testament to the quality of food and service.

Amazing!!! This new Eatery has raised the bar for food in Parramatta. Atmosphere is buzzing perfect to take a break from the office or catch up with friends. I found this place last week and now am a regular for my morning coffee!☕ I usually grab one of their delicious salads or choose from one of their gourmet sandwhich and takeaway for lunch. But Today I went back for lunch I had the Buttermilk Crispy Fried Chicken Burger. Yum! Highly recommended this
place.

Had one of the best latte’s in a while. The girl on the counter was efficient and greeted me with a big smile will definitely have to go back for lunch and try the food

Nice vibe to the place. The owner Steve caters towards the homeless when they cannot sell the rest of their food rather than waste it. Massive respect right here ... Compassion is how we move forward!

Had a coffee here - was excellent. Cafe itself is beautifully presented and clean. Had a bacon and egg roll - it was just right. Would eat here again. Pity it isn't open on weekends - would be busy for sure.

Blackseed is a modern cafe in Parramatta with a great atmosphere. They have a choice of yummy coffees, freshly baked goods (I recommend the cookies), and a decent menu for breakfast and lunch.
During the week, it's a popular spot for people working in the area.

THE BEST CAFE IN PARRAMATTA! Everything is golden, the food is really good! The toast and scrambled eggs are amazing! My favourite is the blueberry yoghurt! The blueberry melts in your mouth, it’s so nice!

Im a regular here, love the food and coffee is best ive had in Parra. They have amazing selection of food, i never get board of the variety and the cheeky sweet treats that hit me at 3pm.

Awesome coffee! The head Barista has it down pat, he knows what he is doing. Definitely one of the better tasting coffees in the Parramatta area. You've got me hooked.

The cafe looks quiet new, the coffee is good, the food is good and the service is good very polite staff but my biggest issue is when they really busy I have to wait a while to be serve.

Lovely staff and food, but Toby Estate coffee taste different from other places, maybe the coffee machine needs tunning
