The front reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right from the start. The imaging staff were also very kind and caring, showing genuine concern for the patients they were dealing with.

The waiting area was clean and tidy, and I was pleased to see that social distancing measures were in place, making me feel safe during my visit. What a thoughtful touch it was to have a David Attenborough documentary playing for everyone to enjoy while waiting.

Moreover, they provided a filtered water station, which was much appreciated, especially during a medical appointment. Additionally, the parking located at the back of the facility was convenient and easy to access.

Overall, Carlingford Medical Imaging offers a top-notch experience with friendly and caring staff, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend them for any imaging needs.

The staff at the reception were all very kind, and my ultrasound was completed within 20 minutes. I am so grateful for all the staff that made the whole process quick and easy.

It is the first time I have to do ultra sound. I was a bit worry. When I entered the clinic, the reception staff are so friendly and understanding. I have to say particular thank you to Diane who did the scanning. She understands the patient medical conditions and gave me time to prepare for the scanning.

Today I had to go for a Medical image. It was conducted by a STUDENT & her name was AN.She was such a pleasant person & did the test very well. Very good service. Without any hesitation I could recommend this place for any suitable Medical image/s. In fact I wish her all the success for her future as I was convinced of her polite, great service.The senior staff was good as well.

Wendy went above and beyond to help me get a scan on the same day I called even though they were fully booked. I called late in a day after seeing my doctor needing a fairly urgent scan, preferably the same day or early next morning but they were fully booked. Wendy got me a spot with a radiographer and even helped me with parking, something she definitely didn’t need to do yet choose to help.
World needs more people like Wendy and her employer should recognize what a wonderful employee they have. Reputation of this facility is uplifted because of Wendy’s caring customer service. Thank you angel Wendy.

My grandmother had a X-ray appointment. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. She was really patient and guided me via phone to the car park. She had a wheelchair ready and helped me to get my grandmother through. The staff were very lovely and professional.

Same day booking for an MRI, appointment was on time, radiographer was amazing, excellent service from booking to reception to scanning, very friendly staff. I had the best experience in recent times, highly recommended.

I've attending this place several times over the years for X-rays and Ultrasounds. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. I have always gotten my reports and scans in time for my follow up DR appointments. Would highly recommend this place.
