Emily, Shain and the crew at JJJ Constructions carried out a full renovation of my Freshwater apartment, finishing in February this year. The process was simple, professional and all the finishes were superbly completed.
JJJ's showroom and Emily & Shain's guidance was the icing on the cake in terms of choice of look and materials.
Shain's team was exceptional, their advice & skills provided us with a masterful renovation. This was proven by the eventual sale of the property in April, that achieved a block record!

After interviewing several builders we decided to go with JJJ Constructions to build our duplex. We found them to be very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job completing on time, with in budget and high quality. They were always available to answer and attend to any questions we had. I am very happy with the completed granny flat. As with all builds there are sometimes variations and issues that arise, in all cases these were resolved quickly and fairly for both parties. Granny flat build completed on budget and I would highly recommend JJJ Constructions for any building works, big or small.

I would personally recommend JJJ Construction as they did a great for our unit, our bathroom looks absolutely nice, our timber flooring, our wall paint. Everything looks amazing.
They were always in time, nothing was ever too much for them. All of them are all reliable people we never ever got worried for all our things was only there.
