Had my driving test today and Jolie was a wonderful instructor. I’m so thankful that she helped to make me comfortable in the car by being so kind and calm - thanks Jolie!!

Who ever I had (didn’t catch his name!) for my driving test today was amazing! So encouraging and definitely allowed me to feel less nervous. Such a good experience :)

I've driven test in that morning around 10AM, staff was friendly and good services. The test was carried out in a standard. she did her job well and commendably. The driving test is very important to me because this is my last week in Victoria.

I had a driving test today in the afternoon. All the staff were so friendly. My tester was very calm and patient. I guess her name is Sara. I felt comfortable and confident with her. I passed my test today.

The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. It also helped that i had all the correct paperwork so it didn't make their job harder.

The staff here are pretty helpful and its a heaps better experience than Geelong.

Son went for his P's there and was treated rudely and arrogantly by a young male officer. I don't say this lightly but we think he was racist as he enjoyed making things abnormally difficult. As with the other reviews, a toxic culture of racial intimidation exists.

I have had several horrible experiences here from the day I received my drivers license to changing my plates.

The staff are blatantly rude and bitter.
I don’t usually write reviews but my elderly father experienced the same treatment today while paying for his registration.
He asked the woman behind the counter if he had “done something wrong” because he couldn’t understand why she was being so rude.

Is it that hard to ask for some customer service, that’s your job after all.

Toxic! One of the worst customer experiences of my life. The officer went out of her way to ensure that it was bad when it could have been excellent without any additional effort on her part. I'm accustomed to finding friendly, helpful people in Colac so I was saddened to have this experience. I usually deal with the Dandenong Vicroads office and never knew how lucky I am for this to be the case. All the staff at Dandenong treat you as they would wish to be treated themselves - this ethos must come from the top. Please take a leaf out of their book, especially in these most stressful of times.
