Thomas and the team recovered my data from a fried drive, gave me multiple options for a replacement and installed it all and cleaned the whole pc thoroughly. They did this all in under 2 working days and communicated very well the costs throughout. Fast and VERY reasonable pricing. 11/10 will be back.

Their computer builds are extremely good and well worth the cost.
I would definitely buy from here instead of an online store due to the extra advice and ease of returning faulty hardware.

I have been using Q Flow for all my computer purchase and service needs for many years. I have never had a problem. Their advice is excellent, prices very competitive and they are very easy to work with.

256GB SSD died after 5 years of use. Was quoted around $400 for a replacement and general service at other places.
Went to this lot as they are local and they quoted me just over half of that amount for an upgraded (500GB) SSD and service.
Spoke English well and was quite friendly, offering solid advice while hearing out my thoughts and not being judgy. Will be going back for any further needs.
