Beacon Lighting Camperdown

I couldnot believe previous negative reviews about this store. We just experienced a completely different situation. Betty was looking after us. Even though she knew we were not buying on the day, in fact, it would be our electrician purchasing from his own supplying store, Betty was kind enough to walk us through the store and explaining all the different options available, including those that may not work for us. We spent a good 30 minutes, and she has shared her own experience with using some of the products. Thanks so much Betty for helping us today. We will surely be back...

I had a lighting consultation in store with Fida for my newly built home and she was able to solve so many problems with a previous lighting schedule from my Architect. Fida was an absolutely gem to speak to and completely understood my vision for my home. Layered lighting is key and highlighting specific areas will create your dream mood for your home. Don't install lighting without a consultation with Fida!

Huge recommendation to Anna the Manager @Camperdown, we just completed a major renovation and all our light fittings were sourced here, Anna was very helpful and patient. Customer services at Camperdown have been friendly and helpful also.

Highly recommend this store. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Kyle is a superstar. I called regarding a faulty light, half expecting to have to fight to get them to help, but Kylie was extremely helpful from the beginning and provided first-class customer service. This will be my go-to Beacon Lighting store from now on.

I love Beacon lighting generally and this particular store was great. The shop is laid out nicely and all pricing visible. The staff member who served me was very knowledgeable about the products and even gave me some helpful tips.

Some of the best customer service I've had before from Maz in the Camperdown store. He really knows his stuff and came up with lots of ideas on how to design our lighting. Highly recommend!
