I don't normally go here, but I found the chemist fast, friendly and surprisingly low cost. My medicine was the same price as at the discount chemist chain I normally visit. The pharmacist also took the time to make sure that I understood the side effects from the medicine and what foods to avoid. Honestly after visiting the big chains for such a long time, it was refreshing to see what a chemist should do....and all for the same money. Makes you think.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable service from Dennis and Cecilia as pharmacists and their staff. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacy

Usually good service here.
But today I was charged $5 for a pharmacist to verify my document. Never been charged anywhere else. Don’t come here for this service.

Really in need of a makeover. Looks like its decor is from the 70’s. Seemed to have been approved by council for a complete renovation two years ago but nothing has happened.

Staff are hit and miss. One day pleasant , another day , same staff members , surly. Place is very cluttered and poorly designed ( a VERY long time ago ). Hard to find anything. Usually the staff look like they are counting down the hours till they go home. 😞

Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 star. The pharmacist at this pharmacy over dispensed pain medication and I had not realised as what I had been dispensed (what she gave me) was my usual quantity I am prescribed and I trusted that as a pharmacist she would perform all of the relevant checks. She must have realised a week later and called me only twice on my personal number to then proceeded to use my personal details and show up on my doorstep asking for the medications back. I felt totally violated knowing that this pharmacist would go to such extreme measures by showing up at my doorstep. Totally unprofessional and I believe she is the manager of the store. Stay clear of this pharmacy.

If I can give a zero star I would. A male and female pharmacists chatting away and carrying on laughing ignoring a shop full of customers. The man skinny pharmacist is very rude, abrupt not helpful and just wants to get rid of you. Not very helpful and is very dismissive. Obviously hates his job. Disgusting!! Staff at register have no clue where anything is and they don’t care . Keep chatting and keep customers waiting to pay for stuff. Never coming back again.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but when I came for the repeat of my varenicline (aka champix to help quit smoking) prescription and they could not find the script I had left with them, I got extremely disappointed. Cherry on the cake, the person I discussed the matter with told me that the medication was no longer available and then after checking that it would not be available until a few week. The person who initially served me was not working that day. I have been told she would be calling me, and never heard of her later….
Lucky the medical centre could issue a new script for me and a competitor pharmacist had it on stock.
Needless to say, with all the other pharmacists around, I will never enter that shop ever (unless it changes ownership).

Wish there would be the 0 star option.

Extremely disappointed. Placed an online delivery order and received 3 out of 8 items. No proactive contact from the store. When I called they seemed upset that I had inconvenienced them by calling. It is deplorable to accept a $90 order knowing that most items are out of stock and make no effort to contact the customer. Do better.
