Very happy! Ming helped me intensity the parts I needed for my TV model, then once they arrived he spoke to me over the phone to help install them. All round it was a great experience, I learned something about TV’s and I felt empowered fix rather than through away… good for the environment :)

Ming was very knowledgeable and repaired my tv while I waited. He replaced a power board that was faulty and had it running again in no time. $160 instead of a new 60 inch tv made me very happy. Highly recommend Australian TV parts.

Had a problem with my Hisense 55N7 TV not turning on and I wasn't sure how to fix it.

Gave Ming at Australian TV Parts a call and he guided through how to diagnose the problem and sent me the replacement board to fix it myself.

Board was delivered within days, removed the old board and replaced it with the one Ming sent and the TV fired straight up, good as new again.

Highly recommend and a pleasure to deal with, very helpful guy.

If I need to fix a TV again in the future Ming will be the first person I ring.

Got a Sony remote today for 40 bucks and its original and works like a new one. The guy was very nice and helpful and made sure it works before I took it home. Very happy and thanks mate. Your the best Ming 😀

I needed a main board for my LG TV. New one was $250 and I got one from Ming for around $70. Had a few challenges and he provided a replacement instantly and was extremely helpful and all sorted. Very pleased and would recommend Ming to anyone. First class!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Ming, I messaged him asking if a part would be compatible and within a few minutes he called me and talk us through diagnosing the problem. He posted the part super quick and gave us clear instructions on how to fix. Very happy! Highly recommend :)

I guess I spoke with Ming today and really impressed. He took time to ask me questions to try and figure out/narrow down my issue (He said I talk too much, but I am not offended by his comment) with a LG 65UC970T T.V not powering on. I have spoken to many technicians and no one would comment on any fault finding techniques unless an upfront payment was made, but this was not the case with Australian T.V parts. I am in the process of fault finding but will get back to Ming again as he has been very helpful. I am surprised to see one negative comment. I am sure if the person contacts him he will not ignore the customers issue.

Ming was able to track down the Panasonic board I needed and had it available for pickup with 24 hours. Excellent service and board worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Ming is really knowledgeable about TV repairs and very detailed about his diagnosis of TV issues. Prices are reasonably fair and he's honest from the get go about how much to expect to pay for certain parts. Especially since Covid has jacked up some prices of parts.

Ming the owner of ATS has a head full of knowledge and was able to assist in diagnosing my problem over the phone. As soon as the funds were paid the shipment was processed and on its way.I recievetd my parts the next day.
