I have to give these women so much praise. I have been a customer here for years and mainly because they have always made me feel super comfortable and do a beautiful job with makeup. Last weekend Pat completed a makeup consult on my husband aunty who has Down syndrome. Not only did she understand working with someone that had sensitivities most don’t have but she just did such a fab job. All the ladies in the makeup departments came over and made a big fuss of Michelle and also gave her a very lovely gift which made her day. I am so grateful for these lovely ladies and they should all be treated as the rockstars they are ❤

Today I had one of the very best customer service experience in DJ Burwood. I am a regular customer at this store and today went to buy a Christmas tree which was I a great offer for $99. Angela went up and beyond to help me even helping me to take the tree to the parking lot. Everyone was just so helpful, lovely, happy and caring. It's was just Amazing so I wanted to share my experience with others. It really made my day!!! ThNk you!!

Love shopping at Chanel Burwood thanx to Brittany, she gives the most impeccable Service, no matter how busy she is, she is always smiling & making her customers feel good.

The shop is not very crowded
Men's section is great, it has all basics to medium and up to luxury brands
Great discount for some stylish shoes.
The shop assistants do not bother customers too much so you can take your time to view items without keep being asked "how can I help you"
Great range of men's socks too, such as merchandised cotton, silk socks, silk blend.

How can a bloke like me get fully prepared in his best interest in a short amount of time (couple of hours before a wedding)

Went to David Jones Burwood to peruse and discover a fragrance to add to my collection. Leila assisted and helped me in achieving my goal. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, which is something I don’t always experience in David Jones and similar stores. I will definitely be returning to purchase more fragrances in the future and happy to have had such a pleasant experience.

I went to the bra section at djs burwood on Thursday night and the lady who served me was SO HELPFUL. She was thoughtful and provided me the best pricing options available due to the sale.

Outstanding service by one of the staff members, Eva Alimonti, at the women's handbag department. She went beyond her customer service duties and provided a genuine quality service that is lacking across Sydney!
She had refunded my purchase and then initiated the refund of the gift wrapping service which I had bought, which I did not request. And she insisted because she thought it was only fair as the gift box was still in pristine condition as I had only purchased it a good 4 hours ago.

I visited David Jones Burwood on Saturday 5 May 2023. I would like to commend your company on the excellent superior customer service I received from the managers on duty, Kelly-Ann & Harsh. An incident occurred which required management and luckily for your company you had two very qualified, customer focused managers on duty to rectify the issue. Both Kelly and Harsh displayed empathy, understanding, support and displayed their willingness to go above and beyond.
I am a regular customer at DJ’s in Burwood, if this incident wasn’t handled as professionally as it was, I may have very well stopped shopping in your store altogether.
