We arrived - two of us- got a table straight away, at 11.50pm- food came around quickly and it was fresh, hot and delicious. We will definitely return. It was $60 for the two of us and that was also for a can of soft drink. Very happy experience.

Delicious and good value for money. Note that they charge the same price for all yumcha dishes ($8 per dish - increased as of April 2024?). Tea is free when paying by cash, otherwise $2pp. The ladies were all friendly and not too demanding like many other yumcha places. Will visit again!

Had dim sum lunch at this restaurant. The dishes were good and tasty, including Har Gow, beef balls, beef tendons, etc. The price is reasonable in these high inflation days. All dim sum dishes are $7.50, there are three specials at $5 for this month, very good value.
Must mention that the dim sum ladies are very pleasant, friendly and responsive. It renders a good dining experience.

Dined here for dinner. We ordered off the menu where there were plenty of options to choose from.

We made a booking im advance to make sure we were able to get a large table.

There a bit of a queue to get in but as we had made our booking we did not have to wait long.

Once seated we were given time to order so no rush which was nice.

Entrance was clean and signage as you would normally expect and see from similar descent restaurants in the area.

We ordered quite a number of dishes to make sure we were well fed, and the service was as we always expected very good.

As we ordered a fair few dishes we had to wait a bit, but that was ok, we were not in any rush and as mentioned we did order quite a few dishes off the menu.

The experience I had and the food were very very good and much better than the others in the area.

The tables inside were all very clean and ready prepared for us to eat at.

After waiting about 5 minutes for our order, we were very happy with our meals to see if everything was well prepared, tasty and none of us had any complaints.

Everything we ordered was generous on portion size and served hot ( or cold depending on the dish ).

Overall, the food was well priced for the quality and quantity we were served.

The service was as you would expect quick, efficient, accurate for us and served as you would expect from a quality restaurant such as this.

Really good value yum cha, and very good quality for the price.
Staff are very friendly and they seem to know the locals/regulars quite well.
It gets busy on weekends, but that is a good thing as it means that the dim sum will be fresh :)
Parking in the centre can be quite annoying to find though

Classic cantonese restaurant serving awesome fresh seafood. Definitely a local favourite, worth a detour.

Lovely food and service and in big portions. They start by poring out soup with already made prawn crackers and peanuts. Toilets are a bit run down

Very close, if not exactly, like my experience in yum cha halls in Hong Kong. If you want authenticity, you should come here.

It can get very busy here and impossible to park downstairs. Its better to park across the road at carlingford court (free for 3hrs) or in residential streets nearby. Food is great, classic canton yum cha experience with the food trolleys you can order directly off of. They don't wheel everything out so ask for the menu or just tell the waitress what you want and they might be able to accommodate.

Excellent cheap eats at lunchtime. Lunch menu is super value for money.

There is a superior menu of some great top shelf Chinese cuisine. Recommended, but that's food to savour and not rush over lunch.

If you're new to real Chinese food, the top-shelf stuff may not be for you. It may help to have someone who speaks Chinese.

Decor shabby. Food great. Prices very, very good. Authentic.

When I dream of Yum Cha, fortune palace is what appears in my head. The food they serve is some of the best Yum Cha offerings I have found in Sydney, being both extremely delicious and fresh. The food itself would warrant a visit to this slice of Old Carlingford but the staff there make it irresistible, both extremely friendly and bubbly, their attentive nature make you feel at home. I would hope that if your searching for incredible Yum Cha you would come to this wonderful establishment as it stands a beacon of charm and originality in the increasingly gentrified and homogeneous Sydney.

This is one of my favourite yumcha places in Sydney, the best in the Hills area. The foods are delicious, served hot and fresh. Very cheap price. The only problem is paeking, be prepared to park your car 500m away and walk here during weekends.

I always love coming here, great service from everyone there and the food is always delicious. The prices are good and they are definitely complying with the COVID social distancing as well as the face masks. I definitely recommend for everyone including young families.
