Very nice local Japanese joint. Food is fresh and tasty; we ordered the Grilled Salmon donburi and salmon salad with additional toppings. The staff are very friendly and provide great recommendations given the vast choice.

Highly recommend if you're in the North Ryde and are craving some Japanese food.

What a cute little Japanese restaurant at the local shops. Food is no fuss and very good value! Decor is very simple but perfect for a casual quick bite. The udon was tasty and filling, will definitely be back to try other flavors.

Have walked past this restaurant so many times while completing other errands in this small shopping arcade and finally attended with my family. We were all very impressed by the quick friendly service, the delicious food with the huge servings. I had the soba noodle salmon bowl. The noodles were plentiful, the salmon nicely flavoured and the additional seasoning provided on the table made the meal perfect. The lovely man serving us stopped to have a chat and was very precise in his service and attention to detail. The menu has plenty of options, for vegetarians and meat eaters and I cannot wait to return to try other dishes. Also have to note that the miso soup was great and love that you can choose the size of your bowl. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the size of the meal. I remained full for a long time afterward. The only reason i am taking off one star is that if you are sitting outside in the arcade, it can get a little cold with the wind blowing in - maybe there could be an addition of curtains, but maybe the landlords won't allow this. Anyway - very excited to have discovered this place !

I love this cafe. The food is delicious and satiating. You can tell the dishes are made with a lot of care. The vegetarian/vegan options are much appreciated and the meals are affordable.

Excellent service very passionate about their food, fantastic food and totally reasonable prices, I'll be coming back more often, what a surprising find.

Best Curry Katsu I’ve ever had. Tasted perfect, large portion size, all at a cheap price. Service was quick and Kaito was helpful and quickly took my order. 10/10 recommend

Excellent ramen, tastes very close to the many ramen shops I have visited in Japan. The price range is excellent $9.80 for a decent sized bowl! If the owner checks reviews I would recommend larger and more sturdier tables. This restaurant will be a weekly visit for me! Edit - new tables!!!

I've played $20 more for Ramen at many places all over Sydney. This place has been constantly good across the board from Sushi, Ramen and service. For 1/3 of the price.

Most everyone I work with loves this place. You can buy a few Japanese gifts, but people come for the food - sushi, noodle bowls (your choice of ramen, soba, or udon), rice bowls, chirashi, and a few other selections. Most servings are large, the food is delicious, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Since it opens at 7am, I’ve been getting fresh sushi rolls for my children’s school lunch box….they absolutely LOVE IT, not to mention healthy.

Authentic home-style, no frills, honest and great value meals. Couldn’t ask for more.

Yummy freshly made sushi! They have the option of brown rice rolls as well.

Donburi is also delicious, although the portion of meat on top can vary each time I order so I only purchase the sushi now. Service is always lovely.

Love going there great coffees , Japanese food ,staff and crew. Beautiful family run business. Everything is fantastic.

Good place for a quick sushi hit as a Saturday lunch with nice variety of things to try. Cost is on par with the larger sushi chains in the shopping centers but tastier to get it from here.
