Had to replace a lot of white goods for a business after Lismore Floods, although everything was slow to arrive due to no fault of Betta. Mark and team were fantastic on updates, service, delivery and he was excellent on information and assistance with my purchases. The prices were comparable with others. Unlike so many other stores Mark never made me feel obligated or pressured to purchase.

Went the extra mile with friendly efficient service and got to me when stock came in that I had enquired about. Would highly recommend to the point of recommending this store above competitors in coastal regional centres if you appreciate good service.
