Communication has been a huge problem because of language issue. Staff in general are a bit rude and unprofessional. Initially they responded to issues promptly, then slowly the quality of service started degrading a bit.

I didn't go there just looked at a run down house they had for rent.

I lost trust very early on as the agent knew very little about the property they were selling - couldn't tell me the size of the property and most of the time seemed to brush away questions. Many times I felt like they were only interested in making the sale and closing the account.
Professionalism was very low - was always dressed like a casual trip to the shops and most correspondence was via text message. No real congratulations or thanks for purchasing the property - nuanced since it was not a "house" that I purchased.
I knew that agents take sides of the seller but even so, I don't think they understand the value of good customer service.
Expect the lowest and you won't be disappointed.

They send you threating emails if you do not do as they please. Professionalism is an alien word for them. Dinh is one unethical person I have ever come across. Do not hesitate to go to fair works because I can guarantee they will try to take all your bond and also forge paperwork! Unethical, no moral, rude, unprofessional.
