Tuesday i went to the shop just look around. Didn’t plan to buy anything. I got helped by maddie and Yana and they were so sweet. They helped me and I actually bought one pair of shoes. I’m definitely going again!

Nice work, Keiran. Your customer service and care for the customer are vastly different to all of the reviews I have read about Windsor Smith staff. Your State Manager was in store and you still handled a customer request for an exchange on a faulty item like a pro!

Great service from one particular staff member who was very friendly, patient and helpful! She was able to recommend shoes that were to my liking and even though they didn't have my size in the pair I liked, she directed me to have a look at the Myer upstairs.

Natalie and Carolyn were AMAZING. Nothing was too much trouble and we were "fussy customers". A wonderful customer experience. Both ladies need to be acknowledged for their professional style.
