He pleasantly anticipated my questions and took the time to explain the application process. Eddy was exceptional. At the KG Hurst's office I met Lyn, the agency Director and family business owner, who personally, took the time review our applications and answer any questions or concerns I might have had. I have never experienced this level of care and service from any Agency in the past and KG Hurst definitely sets the highest of standards. Best ever service we received yet from Eddy as he done his work out of the way to helping out in Lockdown situation, because of Lockdown me and my wife our flight got cancelled and other way to Sydney from Melbourne. On the other hand our house stuff is already on the way via truck. He also makes us sure all our Luggage's are safe and secure by himself doing all take care of it at Sydney House.
