Very happy with the customer service. The helpful young man at front counter directed to me the rear of the shop to buy and fit wiper blades. I was attended to by Amy who organised the new wipers and fitted them in the car park which took all of 2 minutes. Very pleased with sensational customer service by Amy and her front desk colleague. 1 - Asked for rebate as I was not able to apply a gift certificate code on my original order. They happily assisted me.
2 - Asked for another refund as I did not realise I wrongly ordered two quantities of the same item. They happily assisted me.

The refunds got reflected to my bank within days.

In addition, when I ordered online, the items got available for pickup within hours!

The experience was good, the order was ready and the customer service was great.

I am very pleased with Tyrone's service, he helped me with changing my headlight bulb today and fitted it very well where it is in the same correct position and not moving. Previously, I went to another place to try to get my headlight changed and they turned me down saying it was too hard to fit due to a bent handle however, Tyrone was able to do it effortlessly and quickly which I am very appreciative. Tyrone and all the other staff members are very well mannered and patient. I would definitely recommend coming here to do any fits.

I attended the Rockdale store to purchase a headlight globe and windscreen wipers for my vehicle but when I got home I realised that the wipers were not the correct length for my car. I returned to the store to exchange the wipers and was lucky to be served by Nenita. What an exceptional customer service experience I had! Nenita offered to fit the wipers to my car for a small fee which was great because what would have taken me an hour took her five minutes. Nenita is so professional and knowledgeable and I sensed that she takes great pride in her work. She is caring and warm and she made my day with her sense of humour. I cannot recommend this store highly enough! A special thanks to you, Nenita, for helping me and you have left a huge impression on me that I will not forget for a long time. I am now looking for things that I can buy so that I can go to the store again and I will not hesitate to come back when I need any car related parts.
