Harris Scarfe Rockdale (Homewares, Manchester & Apparel)

Great range of items available and also good discounts. My first time visiting this store. Today was the end of their 4-day sale and I managed to score a 5L cast iron dutch oven for 60% off - rather than being $130, it was only $50. Super happy as always wanted one! When I checked out the item, the store assistant asked if I wanted to join their member program so I did. Unsure what that will give me but am sure I'll find out soon when I receive the first email from them.

Excellent Customer Service from Klay at the Rockdale store. I rang a couple of times without getting through, as they must have been busy on a Sat afternoon. Then they rang me back .. totally unexpected, but most grateful, as I needed an extension of time for a click & collect sale order. ( I have never had that polite and efficient response from any major shop) Great stuff, and much appreciated 👍

I received the most incredible customer service from the manager - Klay. I needed to buy a whole range of things for my house, and he spent the time to answer all of my questions & advised me on a host of different products. You don’t get customer service like that anymore.

This place justed opened 6 months ago it located in Rockdale ground floor below spot light it has most things you need its a little like a small kmart but bigger very clean lots of lighting there is a carpark so you can park your car so next time your close bye check it out i bet you will not be disappointed im just giving you people the heads up.
