I’ve been going to banksia post office for a few years now and can’t speak highly enough of the customer service. It’s absolutely excellent. It’s not even my local PO but I prefer it because of the service ethic there. Would absolutely recommend them and I do!

I've called in here several times in the last month for stamps and posting items. The service from each assistant was always really nice and cheerful. They recommended the best and most economic ways of posting things and seemed to go the extra mile to deliver a great service.

service is really really great. We went to Arncliffe to make passport, service was rude, printer wasnt working, process was complicated. We went here the next day, everything was very very smooth. The guy serving us was very very polite, smiley, helpful and patient.

From the minute you walk in the staff greet you with a smile there service is above and beyond super helpful staff! I have been going there for years and nothing has changed about there outstanding service!

I'm very confused with the bad reviews here as I had a fantastic experience here submitting my passport application. I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with Kogarah Post Office where I've had to return to their office THREE times to get my passport application done due to their inexperience and lack of knowledge/care. I got so fed up I came here to the Banksia Post Office at the recommendation of my friend, and James got the passport application for me lodged with NO issues whatsoever.

Having been refused 3 times by Kogarah Post Office for my application for different reasons such as filling in the incorrect form (it wasn't and I had to check with passports and waste so much time time verifying incorrect information), walking into his post office was a huge relief. James and another lady working here greeted me with a big smile and even thanked me for attending my passport interview early. Although I live in Kogarah, I will be coming here from now on.

This post office comes in very handy when you really need to go there, the male and female staff that work there are very good at greeting there customers with a bright smile the place is clean and tidy and easy to get to its across from banksia station they have all the services you need, there is a mail box right outside the door and open monday to friday and it's open for 3 hours on saturday if you are a local check it out you won't be disappointed.
