Flame Cafe North Ryde

Hidden gem! I have found a new fav spot for brunch… The eggs Benny with extra crispy bacon is so good, the hollandaise sauce they make is Delish. The freshly squeezed orange juice is always SO sweet :) the service was super friendly. What was surprising is that, there is no line out the door. As this place has great food that is amazingly affordable for the value you get with the service, delicious food and atmosphere. Intend on coming back every chance I get. My children love the chocolate milkshakes here too!

Flame Cafe is a hidden gem in North Ryde. I have been here a few times and have to say that the staff and food are excellent. The owners are very friendly and accomodating to food orders and very generous in swapping out menu items. The quality of the food is excellent for a small kitchen and the variety of items on the menu is fantastic. The feel of the place is like a small village cafe, a real hub for the local community. Everyone at the cafe is friendly and seems to know one another. I couldn't recommend Flame Cafe more highly....

You simply cannot beat Flame Cafe. The owners are so friendly and caring and can’t do enough for their customers. Their food is made with love for the community and they take a lot of pride in their food and serving the community.

They have too many great dishes to mention but I love their nasi goreng so much.
Their breakfast dishes are AWESOME.
Their brownies are proper good.
Their curry puffs are to do for!
Their coffee is also top notch.

Lovely place for a quick bite, takeaway or lunch. Staff were warm and friendly. The menu had a great selection of Indonesian options or the usual suspects you’d expect to find on a breakfast menu. We had the crispy chicken (served with rice, spinach and drizzled with rendang sauce), and the mee goreng with chicken. Portions were sizeable and food was great 👍🏼. Definitely coming by Flame again if we are in the area.

Was exploring the Cox's road shops for the first time and was attracted to the shop from the outside. Further intrigued by the menu which is a blend of Indonesian dishes and classic Aussie brunch. The owners appeared to be Indo so thought I would try the Nasi goreng and the indo fried chicken. Was very satisfied with both dishes. What a pleasant surprise to find this cafe for lunch. Will definitely be back if I feel some simple classic indo food.

Visited this cosy coffee in North Ryde for a quick cappuccino. Not too busy. Coffee is good but can be better. Haven't got time to sit down and taste some of the breakfast items yet.

I love this place. The food is tasty and affordable with options for everyone. The service is always excellent.

Awesome Beef Rendang with a unique authentic Indonesian Sambal and great friendly service and chill atmosphere. Kids loved the waffles too!

These people are the nicest people to run a cafe . Always friendly great service good food. The place itself needs a revamp but it's got character.

We were looking for a café as an alternate to McCafe. Found this on Maps which had good reviews. My son wanted to have a hot chocolate with marshmallow. We got there, easy on street parking. Café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted by a courteous lady who was happy to take our order. Hot chocolate with marshmallow was a hit. But my coffee was even more impressive. Thanks for the service and a good coffee.

The little cafe that continues to impress with exciting dishes!
And the happy staff make it very easy to visit again and again.
Especially before an early shift.
Im still finding new ways to eat eggs on their menu.

Delicious breakfast, Generous serving of eggs beacon, hash brown, spinach, mushroom, Turkish bread. Will defiantly be back!!

Great place to eat and shop @flames

This café has improved since my last visit. The coffee was excellent (I had a medium sized café latté) and the little orange cake I ordered seemed to be "home made" and just the right size (since I'm on a diet) as well as not overly sweet (I often find these types of cakes too large and too sweet at other cafés).

Simply the best local cafe without a doubt. 👌
