My thanks to the Team at Shellharbour Stockland Mall. They listened ti my needs, and upon measuring , found me two choices to select from. Since the first one fit to a T, that’s the one I purchased. I’ve never been fitted so expertly, ever! Thanks you so very much 🙌

I had such a great experience today at the Shellharbour store, I think her name was Alex, but either way, she helped me through a mini meltdown and made me feel so much better about an exchange of a purchase. She lifted my spirit so much, I ended up leaving with more than just the exchange! Thank you again, you would not regret going to this store for a great, compassionate service!

Great staff, happy to help you get the perfect fit. They genuinely seem interested in helping you find the perfect bra, knowledgeable on stock and what will work for you. They are never judgemental and I always feel welcome and comfortable here.

The personalised service that I received from sales ladies Clare and Jade was fantastic! The patience and expertise they displayed during my fitting was also a big plus (and much appreciated). These 2 ladies are real assets to BNT! Well done!

This store has an incredible range of lingerie, every day wear and active apparel, I always find several items I want whenever I walk into the store. The staff are welcoming, super friendly and so helpful too.
