Ella was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and cool and super helpful. Answered all my questions about ear piercings. I would totally come back and recommend her to my friends. Had the best experience with Mariam. She had great knowledge of products and was able to assess my situation and give me a great service and care. I honestly will come back here every time I need my hair treated or any other beauty treatment. If you go here you should ask for Mariam to help you with anything, she’s got you covered for sure.

10/10, salon is amazing, the piercings are very professional highly recommend, they also have the best retail stock for all hair types. Love this shop, one of the hairhouse warehouse shops I've been too ! The girls there are all so helpful and welcoming, especially Ella !

Before you leave a Google review you might want to make sure the person even works at this store 🤣 get a life. In the 8 years I was at hairhouse I never had one complaint about the service I provided. I’m not even a hairhouse girl anymore so good try. Your time frame of complaint just makes no sense :)

Went in this afternoon after forgetting to confirm my appointment and the beautiful girls remembered my call and slipped me in...
I forgot the name of the lovely arabic girl who did my cut but I was so busy chatting and feeling like I was amongst friends.
I am beyond happy with the haircut and support she showed, understand my budget and the fact I was walking in with a head of completely fried hair... I swear she worked a miracle!
Will definitely be returning and recommending!!

Nat is amazing! I went in and saw Nat after a hairdresser had botched my blonde colour, I called Nat the same day and she got me in and fixed up my colour all within a few hours. Nat was incredibly professional and very polite! Could not recommend her highly enough!

My mum had her hair dyed here by Sarah, and I had hair extensions done here by Antonio. We both cannot believe how good our results are.
I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back there myself again.
