Alicia was an absolute legend! She helped me choose the perfect quilt, pillows, sheets and covers. She really took her time and was extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The store manager Jackie was also great and since I bought several things, they were even able to give me a disccount. They even called a colleague to bring over one item that they hadn't in stock anymore, so that I can pick it up there another day. I am extremely happy with their service and would always go back there and recommend this store to everyone! Would not go anywhere else.

I was just served by Sam at the Burwood branch and she is absolutely fantastic. I threw so many enquiries at her about 5 or 6 products and her knowledge of the items was very impressive. She assisted me in ordering online and i was able to get everything i was looking for. She was super helpful and efficient. Great Service👌

I bought a coverlet set, sheet protectors, a throw,and some pillows. What can I say the selection they have is great and the quality is even better. The sales staff at the Burwood store helped me coordinate colours and find exactly what I was looking for. That's why I'm giving this review 5 stars.

couldn't stop shopping

I bought all purpose hand towels 45cmx70cm in a pack of 3 for $20. When I got home and removed the packing, the way it was clipped together left 7 to 8 holes in the towel and when I took it back to the store, they said they can't refund as it was a sale item. I was disappointed as now I am left with towels with holes all over it. The company should make sure the fabric is not harmed when they package it into a combo pack.

On 24 august 2023, I wrote to the customer care and they were kind enough to send me a gift voucher to compensate the towels. So increasing the rating to 2 stars.
