PIVOT SHELLHARBOUR

What a fantastic experience I just had shopping at pivot in Shellharbour, the super friendly sales assistant Cass was just amazing and really helped me find exactly what I needed. Cass was just really helpful and she has great product knowledge, some of the best customer service I’ve seen for as long as I can remember, it was my first visit to pivot and I will definitely going back many many times, fantastic service and an awesome staff member Cass:) The prices of clothes are really reasonable as well and the quality is very good, I’m very happy with my purchases :-)

What a great shop. Even has a basketball court inside to test your new ball or skill. Great staff and super cheap. Was able to get great deal on a bunch of balls for the Bulli PCYC

I was looking for some trendy new shoes for work & Stephanie was more than happy to help. I thank her for her patience & witty professionalism to finally find the perfect pair of kicks (after trying on half a dozen shoes) lol...

I LOVE this store! As someone who doesn’t know much about sportswear or going to the gym, the staff here were so helpful with their suggestions about what to wear and what would work well in certain exercises. The layout of the store was so organised, it was so easy to find the stuff I thought I wanted, and then see what I actually needed! Will definitely be back soon!

I got my kids a pair of Asics and Vans for under $110 (for both pairs)!!! And the staff were great helping distract my 1 year old with the basketball setup in the middle of the store. So cool, will definitely be back! 😄

Great to see a team that actually enjoys working Thursday evenings! All the young ladies greated our family as we entered and all were attentive to my daughters footwear needs. Refreshing to see people enjoying their work!!! Great job and thank you!

Could not fault the beauty and kindness of the staff at Pivot Shellharbour, walked in to fine a happy and positive environment, everyone is so nice and friendly, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, oh wait I already do.

100% the best store for shoes, I was served and helped by Stephanie she was amazing a very bubbly loving lady, she was every patient with me As I was very picky with shoes and got excited over shoes I chose that she thought looked nice, made it a lot easy to buy shoes 😍👍🏼 Will be back
