Glengala Hotel

Came in for lunch today and was served by a wonderful young man. The bistro was busy, but he still managed to chat while he served other customers and myself. He suggested the roast pumpkin salad, which was delicious. The food came out in a timely manner, and he checked on me to make sure I was enjoying my meal and if I needed anything. Really enjoyed my experience overall and will definitely be returning again soon.

Great food, great prices, but best of all is the staff! Couldn’t be nicer. Would give more than 5 stars if it was possible!! Magical cocktails! Yum!!!!

Happy to share my fantastic experience at the Glengala hotel last night. Starting off, amazing service from my waitress, Eva. Eva was quick and understood what I asked for. The roast beef was hot and tasted great, thanks to chef. Next time, would like to see some renovations and a new paint job, Overall, had a great experience, will be coming again for more roast beef!!

Came tonight with the kids and was so happy with the service from Eva. So quick with kids icecream and made sure my son got the icecream he wanted even though he was indecisive, he was very happy but she was busy with others we did not have a chance to thank her.

Little hidden gem bistro. Food is so nice, staff are very friendly and atmosphere is great. Good to catch up with friends in a friendly social atmosphere. Liezel was on duty and found her very friendly with great service. I highly recommend!

Nikki is the BEST, she always has a smile on her face and makes the time for a friendly chat and laugh. I love you Nikki, I look forward to seeing you on Fridays it makes my night.

I am a regular customer at glengala hotel -i like coming here Bec it has good atmosphere and friendly service -parricular staff that I like Liezel , Annemarie , Janice , Cary , Cc ; Donna and NJ and Noli - they always help me and treat me with respect - when I ask for racing forms it's not a big deal for them - I appreciate it very much : Mario

Have to say that Liezel and NJ are my 2 favourite workers at the Glengala. Always pleasant and polite. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the lady named Donna... is very loud and condescending (whether they are staff or customers). Ruins the mood of the place. What happened to Dora, she was the locals favourite. Please bring her back.

Came tonight as a reservation and service was great from Eva. Very sweet and responds fast to requests. Food was delicious too :)

Donna and staff were brilliant food last night was average but Donna fixed it up tonight. Owners should be very proud of Donna and her staff

Donna is a great manager we had a great time at restro food was greatt ,her skills and customer service was beyond amazing ,Thanks Donna and your staffs too they are great

Check in was great, Donna and Oahn were so courteous and fun. Room was clean and quiet. Will be staying there again next time I’m in the area.

Just want to say the most amazing service from nikki and carey, a busy restaurant and they were a strong team and incredible customer service!

Stayed with children. Service was amazing. 2 free drinks of your choice upon arrival. Had a large smart tv. Had breakfast. Has the nicest bed linen. Smart aircon. Even after rotation the staff was there to help in anyway. Has free tea/coffee(free capuchinos! In the bistro). Good amount of room. One queen, one single. Had a more pleasant and clean stay here than we did at Tribeca or Milano in the CBD. Will stay here everytime now.seperate reception in bistro which was nice too. Slide for kids.

Been to glengala hotel many times and I would like to give a compliment and commendation to a particular staff member by the name of Leizal, every time I walk in there I am greeted with the upmost respect and warmth, which I do not see in other venues I have visited. Please pass this on to her because she goes above and beyond in helping and making a person feel comfortable and welcome.. Thank you Leizal..
