Contrary to the reviews of others, I had a very great experience. The friendly sales assistant -Melissa - , was so very helpful and went out of her way to assist me in finding the product I needed. She had good product knowledge also made some recommendations. She was in the middle of restocking product when I arrived and yet offered me help and took the time out to assist.

Good pharmacist service as they made up a dermatology compound cream script that other pharmacies couldn't fill, I did ring through before hand first to confirm they had the ingredients and time. They also gave me a safety net reciept without a problem which I requested.

Yesterday 20.09.2021, I bought a Avent Ultra Comfort Electric Breast Pump with an issue of parts that are not available in the purchase. Mr kayle attended us and try to understand our concern regarding the said item purchased. Great chemist megastore, they have things one can't get at smaller pharmacies (aftershaves etc.). I still support the smaller chemist that is closer to me for any prescriptions and the products that they do stock.
