Absolutely wonderful! As soon as we walked in the staff (Lucy) were all very friendly and welcoming. They truely made the shop feel like home and that you're welcome in there. Ange was spectacular in the way she went about fitting me for a bra. She made me feel beautiful, sexy and comfortable. The way she described what she was doing and how she was doing it made it feel like there was a layer of consent to it which for me was brilliant. I would honestly recommend this store to people I know. It was worth the drive. Thank you for making my experience so good.

Ange and Lucy were absolutely amazing when my mum and I went in. They listened to what we wanted, offered help in finding the right size and gave endless options. Thank you for being so amazing and for the laughs. You are both fabulous!

I loved the customer service. The lady there helped me find the perfect fit. She taught me how to put on the bra properly. I felt supported the same way as the bra I purchased. Highly recommend.

I visited your store today and was super impressed with the level of service received. You both made me feel very comfortable. Marilyn went out of her way when she realised I had purchased the incorrect size of briefs and went to the trouble of delivering the correct size to my home address as the store had closed for the day and she new I needed the briefs for a wedding the next day. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Wendy today. Having a larger bust, I can’t find my size in most stores, but they had a great selection of pretty styles.

I really dislike bra shopping and I was putting it off but today has changed my thinking about bra shopping. Marie helped me with my bra shopping and fitting and listened to me about what I like and I left with 3 bras feel really great.
Both of the ladies there were kind and easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
I also learnt why I always lose my bra wires today and that won’t be happening again.

Recently had a wonderful experience with the Warilla lady's
I now live in Mudgee and buy bras via phone , Maria (tho new) was very helpful and thought of calling round to search for bras in other store . I forgot to get tracking and recipt numbers, called the store and Wendy couldn't do enough to help very busy with in-store people called me back with them . I couldn't get the tracking to work so (tho still busy ) called me Again to talk me through it we were doing it right but the number was too long and once more she worked it out traced it called me saying delivery was iminate. Then after sending emails to another address she called to make sure I had recieved them . In my eyes above and beyond made me feel like I was important, this level of care is what is what people need to learn . Thankyou to the bosses who hired these lovely ladies , deserve a cuppa at the least.

Got bras fitted when got home i couldn't do them up.

Called asked to come back got treated really well got new bra's that i could put on as i have
a broad back.

And wanted more than what they had in stock lady called fairymeadow store

Best bra shopping experience I’ve ever had!!! Tracy made me feel so comfortable and was really helpful, they knew so much about the lingerie in store and helped me find something to make me feel sexy again! Will be back again for sure!!!

After going into a number of larger local stores and finding no staff to help me I was very disappointed. I became FED up and wonder what to do next. A number of friends suggested I go to CasaMia.Well I walked through the door and instantly felt very welcome. The store had a warm cosy feel and I was welcomed and felt totally at ease.
Before I even finished describing what I was looking for Wendy knew exactly what I wanted. I was measured, listened to and suggestions were put forward in a TRUELY
Professional Careing Manner. In a short matter of time I walked out with 3 perfect fitting Bras at a reasonable price.
I will certainly be shopping there in the future and most definitely will not be wasting my time going to the larger stores in the future.

I've been welcomed St CasaMia, shopping at first for bras, I was made to feel beautiful. I was a much larger lady, very nervous at first but quickly made to feel at ease 😊.later as my shape changed the 2Wendys helped me bloom. I've bought beaut bathers, bras ,and lingerie for my daughter too. I'll be back very soon. ❤❤❤.

I have to wear a Breast Prostheses and I am also oversized, Yesterday when I went to buy a new Breast Prostheses, Wendy made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling great.. Last time I was fitted for a Prostheses a couple of years ago I went to DJs and I walked out of DJs feeling ashamed of my size, far from it this time around :-).

This shop is like a second home to me and my mother. The ladies here are down to earth, friendly, helpful and they know what they’re doing! I’ve never had more appropriate bra purchases than when I visit this shop.

Attended Warilla Store yesterday, thought i was a D found out i was FF. Today so happy neck and shoulder pain greatly reduced, can breathe easier. New bra feels like a second skin 🌹🌹🌹

Love coming here. It took 10 minutes to be fitted properly and walk out with two perfectly fitted bras. Efficient and very pleasant service with lovely stock

I can never find bras that fit but here there are both bras that fit perfectly and an actual selection plus the staff are so knowledgeable about their products and are really helpful. Totally amazing experience, fuss free bra shopping!

Having had a Mastectomy recently went for a bra fitting today at this store and had the best service from two wonderful ladies ( Wish I could remember their names) who made me feel so comfortable and at ease ..... they were so professional and walked out a very happy lady, thank you very much girls I appreciated how much time you spent getting the right fit for me.
