Just took a class with Kristina and she was absolutely amazing! Such variety in her class which left me feeling like I worked multiple muscle groups. She was super detailed in her cueing so that it was easy to understand and implement. Icing on the cake was that she is extremely friendly and approachable. Really enjoyed the class and will be back. Phoebe and Nicole teach the best classes in Sydney. They both have such in-depth knowledge and experience about pilates form and principles. Very clear instructions. I only go to Balance Moves for their reformer classes. They push you to work hard and get results.

Have been attending reformer Pilates classes for nearly a year at Balance Moves and really love it. The small class sizes and incredible instructors ensure that you are able to focus on your technique as they provide clear detailed instructions and individual care and attention. Last week's class with Vivian was amazing. The movement of exercises through the class and the pace with which we moved through them was just fabulous.
She made all ages and abilities feel perfectly capable, secure and supported all the time ensuring those who would like to modify up or down could do so.
Her professional manner and experience just shines through. I was honestly blown away.
I often walk into Pilates with a head full of daily worries and stresses and I always walk out feeling strong, energized and like I can achieve anything!

Highly recommend Balance Moves! I have been attending for almost 10 months now and have attended pilates mat classes, barre classes, reformer pilates, and the prenatal reformer pilates. The teachers are incredible, you always feel like you’ve done a good workout and the small class sizes mean the teachers are able to help you improve your technique.

Lovely studio and instructors. Love the mat classes here, especially the Arc mat class and Arc stretch. Alex, Renee and Alexa are exceptional instructors.

Balance Moves is simply the best!
By far the best studio for Pilates and Barre I’ve ever known. I am now a long term regular (over 4 years now!) because you can’t beat the friendly attentive and super knowledgeable instructors, the fab atmosphere and of course the high level of workout. It’s always an amazing full body workout and you come away from every class feeling great!
Highly recommend- but prepare yourself for the burn!!

I’ve been at it for a full year now. I love the reformer and barre attack classes because at the end of the 45 minute class you feel as though getting out of bed early was absolutely worth it. No doubt I’ve noticed increased strength and endurance, but the classes are something I’m motivated to show up for week after week, multiple times a week. Great atmosphere, lovely community - AWESOME instructors, all of them.

I've been coming to Balance Moves for several years now, and love the classes and the way they are taught! My personal favourite is Barre Attack (especially taught by Holly!), which is always intense and leaves me feeling like I've had a really good workout. I also love popping into an Arc Pilates class, which is great for someone like me with a history of back and hip alignment issues.

Stellar studio & staff, I just love it. I am SO grateful I've found Balance Moves and it's been an amazing couple of years - the studio is state-of-the-art, the teachers are all so experienced and caring and I've truly enjoyed every single class!! There is simply not one studio that could compete with the quality and high standards of Balance Moves. I can't recommend more.

Balance Moves is by far the best studio in the East, not only for their variety of Pilates Barre, Mat, Arc and reformer but because the teachers and staff are extremely positive and inspiring. Balance Moves is welcoming and inclusive, accommodating all levels with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Holly’s Mat and Barre classes as well as Margot’s Arc xxx

Balance Moves is absolutely the best studio for barre and pilates. Renee and her team create such a warm and welcoming inclusive vibe to the studio and the classes are next level. I've been a Pilates devotee for 10 years. I started coming to Balance Moves last year to try the Barre Attack classes. I'm completely addicted!!! Renee and her fantastic team of instructors are knowledgeable, expert and passionate about their work. I feel fitter and stronger since going to Balance Moves. Love it!!

Balance Moves is a wonderful studio with excellent pilates and barre instructors. We felt very welcome from the start and loved the positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. We came in as beginners, left as addicts, and can't wait to come back when we return to Bondi from overseas.

If there was anything that has kept me together during a recent move to Sydney it is this place and my new found love for Barre and Pilates!
You can go to classes in so many Sydney venues but the difference with this one is that it is full of friendly Bondi locals, its honestly priced, unpretentious - and the instructors are more than amazing bodies but people you can really relate to!
Within a few classes they knew my name, not to mention the areas they could see my body needed work. Annie, Renee, Holly and Lizzie are super skilled and work you hard. I see them warmly welcome beginners into any class, not to mention their classes really work.
Great early morning starts (6.30's) and also offer later night Barre (some 7.15pm) which is handy for those who work 9-5's. Classes 45mins, some 1hr and are varied day to day so you can mix up what your working on.
Recommend to anyone wanting to give something new a try, the results are awesome.

Renee and the team at Balance Moves make your Pilates experience whether you are new to pilates or experienced an amazing one every time you attend a class. The studio is always clean with great equipment and a fantastic variety of classes. So glad I found this gem in Bondi!

Balance Moves is my go-to workout studio. Home to the sweat-inducing Barre Attack, and with a great variety of other classes focusing on your Core, TRX and strength, pilates and alignment, I cancelled my gym membership after I tried the Intro pack here. Trainers also also really attentive and make you work hard!

After years of doing yoga and suffering numerous aches and pains my Physio suggested I try Pilates. I started off doing basic mat classes and have worked my way up to doing Barre Attack (or as I fondly call it Heart Attack) and Core Attack. After 4 years of regular classes and at the ripe old age of 43 I finally feel like I am in control of and comfortable with my body. Renee and her team of amazing instructors (Holly, Gosia, Carolina) are all wonderful, it doesn't matter what level you're at, they are constantly watching and improving your technique. Now I'm too scared to stop as I'm convinced my body will fall to pieces without them!

We attended a series of virtual pilates sessions with Renee during the COVID lockdown and they were absolutely brilliant!
