I placed an order a the team contacted be to say there would be a delay as the item was out of stock do they wanted to check if I still wished to proceed. I then received a text message confirming when the item had arrived and to inform me that shipping details would follow. On receipt of my order I got a very pleasant an unexpected surprise with the inclusion of a candle thanking me for my patience and understanding. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Thank you so much. This was my first purchase, but it won’t be my last and you now have a new IG follower :-)

Very nice shop. A bit rude staff.

Lovely shop the card selection is particularly good. Younger staff members are quite helpful and smiley but older woman (possibly the owner?) can be really quite dismissive and rude. I have been in twice in last month and both times she served me she made me feel like I was a bit of an inconvenience and I felt quite disappointed when I left. Would only return if she was not there.

what's with the rude middle aged blonde staff member? I was trying to ask some questions about products as I was planning on making a big purchase for my new home and she just had a haughty attitude and seemed to not care less about helping her customers.
She probably lost about $1000 in sales simply from her bad attitude - I'm a local and have shopped at Abode but wont be returning again. Have heard similar things from friends too. Dissapointing

the lady marked the price wrong and was being rude about it as though it was my fault and even though I told her that I didn't have the money she still put the extra on the machine! after I told her AGAIN that I didn't have the money she was rude and very reluctant to give me the thing for the marked price. overall this shop is so overpriced and not worth going to

The staff can be very rude. I went buy to buy a card just after 10am, during their opening hours. She was opening up the shop late and I asked if I could come in she closed the door in my face.
