I went shopping for a medium sized handbag, as I was going to my uncle funeral, I was in the shop for 10 minutes went around and round four times the sales girl did not approach me or acknowledge me at all, she kept arranging suit cases fixing signs finally I found the bag I wanted to purchase placed it on the counter and waited. She never looked at me at all. I picked up my phone and did a video of her scurrying around, as I was leaving, local coffee shop dropped off a coffee to the sales assistant took the coffee and went in to the back room and could not be seen and the handbag was still on the counter. I called the head office and left a detailed message and my phone number. I left and was quite distressed. shame on strand company they don't deserve the custom of the Australian people. No RESPONSE FROM HEAD OFFICE.
