Such lovely owners - warm and friendly! Service was great and we even got some free hand sanitiser which is apparently a hack to cleaning glasses?!l Left the store with yummy drinks and 4K vision so 10/10!

Enjoyed my green lychee tea! It was pouring with rain and the owner even lent me her umbrella. Legends! Thanks again team

Very funny and friendly husband & wife duo. Feeding my mates and I’s chatime addiction weekly. Always love coming into this store, drinks are made perfectly, and has a more welcoming environment then any other chatime we’ve gone into as they interact with customers and can tell they’re happy to be there. Also taught us the trick to getting the straw in on the first go 😂

Absolutely great service, she and her husband (might've been the manager) were absolutely lovely during my trip to Sydney. She recommended the Oreo milk tea, and I enjoyed every single drop. Highly recommend especially for a warm day

Wonderful service and a great open atmosphere. I ordered a premium pearl milk tea and the pearls tasted so nice and fresh, the tea was freshly brewed by the taste of it. My favourite chatime in Sydney

Monica is the best there is. She brightens up your day, is very engaging and puts a smile on your face.. which is exactly what you need after a hard day in the office. She deserves a pay rise, keep up the good work Mon.

My favourite shop to go to around Wolli Creek. I brought my brother here for the first time (all the way from 🇫🇷) Monica was so nice to show him all of the available toppings. I highly recommend this spot. The service was impeccable.

My friend and I go all the time and love the drinks. The shop is very clean, the staff are lovely, and the drinks were amazing.

Prompt and efficient service. There’s lots of variety and great quality drinks, perfect for anytime of day. The owners are also very friendly and always happy to chat.

They just have different taste standards.

In fact my drink are the opposite favoury and concentrated even with half ice which is good.

First time visiting wolli creek chatime. I got the frozen strawberry tea which i was enticed to buy after trying a sample 🤣 tea was very good and refreshing. Nice decor and vibe. Location is very close to the station which is really good. Never usually go to chatime as im more of a gong cha girl but this one is not too

This is my go to Boba tea spot, the staff are always friendly and helpful no matter who you are and always provide delicious tea, check this place out if you're ever in Wolli Creek!

Atmosphere is positive and staff are always welcoming! The fruit teas always taste better than other chatime’s.

The staff is very quick when it’s busy and always greet me nicely. And the drinks taste rlly good😊

Best customer service I have seen, all staff are friendly and very polite, the location is perfect, the place is super clean. What I love most is my order is always right. Definitely coming back.

@invetor lu I believe u have some mental problems, I’m Asian too , why u think u have to be RICH to buy a 7 dollar bubble tea??????? I always come this brewery, and I’m treated with a lot of respect. :))))))))))))))))))
