Lomond Crescent Medical Centre

Dr Latif has shown great care and expertise in her treatment of my husband and myself. We are extremely happy with this medical practice, as it was very difficult to find a knowledgeable and caring doctor when we first moved to the area several years ago.

Dr Latif works very hard to meet the needs of her patients, and we are very impressed with the dedication of the entire practice: the friendly reception staff, the nurses and the blood collectors.

Since Dr Morrell has left, the practice has flourished. Dr Latif has ensured there are always staff there to help and will fit people in wherever she can. She is happy to have a chat but also to accept people with whatever they've got going on. The nurse will usually take your blood pressure before an appointment, and for a small practice, there's an extensive list of services e.g. podiatry, medication reviews with a chemist, extra GPs, and some extra nursing treatments. Dr Latif and her team work very hard to provide the best, patient-led care and community. There's an annual Christmas party, and she has gone to great lengths to build rapports with local practices like the physio across the road and chemist around the corner!

My family and I have seen Dr Sandra Morell since 2010 when we moved to Winston Hills. Since then we have been really happy to have her as the family doctor. She is very kind and knowledgeable and never makes us feel as if she is in a hurry to see the next patient. She always goes the extra mile to make sure we see a good Specialist when needed. She is very approachable and at times goes far beyond to help out with any personal problems. Definitely one in a million!

I have been seeing Dr Morell for over 10 years now and she has always attended to us with the upmost care and professionalism. My husband also goes to her along with my mother & two children (whom have been seeing her since they were babies) Great family doctor who has vast experience and is also fabulous with children. Very quick to take action and never misses anything (and I have high expectations!) If you are in the Hills area, I highly recommend you book in with Dr Morell. Shirley & Nicole are lovely & helpful receptionists also.

I see Dr Morrell and she is a lovely caring doctor. We went through a difficult diagnosis with my husband and Dr Morrell was extremely supportive to both me and my husband. I feel she is very genuine. I have no hesitation in recommending her. There are other doctors in the surgery and I can't speak on behalf of the others but Dr Morrell is very good.

Not your typical rush in and out Medical Centre. Lomond medical practice is a Great surgery with fabulous staff, from the doctors to the nurses to the friendly reception staff. The doctors take the time to really listen and understand during a consult, you never feel rushed or that your just a number. Can not recommend Lomond highly enough

Lomond Medical Practice is a exemplar of the general practice medicine community and I highly recommend them for their compassionate and patient-focused approach. Any time someone in my family falls ill, I feel greatly reassured to have them their to care-for and guide us back to health.

I have been seeing Sandra and her other GPs at Lomond crescent medical for practice for more than 10 years. I don’t live in the area anymore and I still travel there to see her or one of her GPs as after 10 years of searching for a good Dr after my childhood DR retired was a nightmare, until I was recommended samdra by a friend.
