Discovery Parks - Clare

My wife and I, and 1 of our daughters, had a 3 night stay here in our caravan. The facilities are first rate. Camp kitchen has everything you could want. Lots of toilet and shower facilities throughout the area. These were clean every time we used them. Staff are very friendly. The powered sites are all a good size (Ours had enough room for the caravan, awning/annex of caravan and 2 cars). Perfectly located a short drive from Clare itself. Highly recommend this caravan park

Stayed here on a recent work trip. Great cabin, clean and comfortable. What a great location. We were able to walk to a couple of wineries. And enjoyed our evenings drinking wine, and watching the kids staying at the park enjoying the pool, jumping pillow and bike track all from the comfort of our front porch.
Will definitely come back here on holidays and enjoy more of what Clare has to offer.

We had the most amazing time staying at Clare over the Easter period, the staff are amazing, kind, helpful, so many amazing planned activities and on site fun for the kiddies. One of the best family trips! So much to do in the Clare valley region. Thankyou to discovery parks Clare for your wonderful hospitality.

Was a wonderful place to stay for the few nights we had. Mr 5 didn't want to leave! Beautifully maintained and serviced with all staff being friendly and helpful, especially the people cleaning the pool, trying to get it up and running despite the wind and pollen for the eager kids first thing in the morning :)

The Clare caravan park was a great place to spend the night, all the amenities are great and cleaned regularly and the staff at the check in desk are friendly and very knowledgeable on the Local.

Very close to the wineries and can hire bikes there to get to them . Although there are a few within walking distance .

The office girls have been extremely helpful. They accommodated us by creating a drive through and helping us extend our stay. Even though we were second row in from the road, the road noise is bearable and dies right off by the evening. Great park and is central to all the little historic towns. Thank you 🙂

An uncramped park set in a beautiful location. The park has lots of grassed areas, a pool which is now open and large camp kitchen with wood fire in the colder months. Set on the edge of the clare township, its the perfect location to base yourself to explore numerous wineries, some within walking distance.

Awesome park, great facilities and family friendly. Really enjoyed the water park and the swimming heated pool x 2. They have a basketball court and pump track.

A lovely place to stay while exploring Clare Valley. We had two young kids with us 6,4 and they were sad to leave. A new pool is underway and a water play area. Hiring the go carts is fun and the bike pump track was a massive hit. Staff are so helpful and friendly and the tourism office next to the park has nice coffee and local craft.

Fantastic place, especially if you have kids. 2 pools and jumping pillow and new waterpark. We were upgraded to a larger cabin.

Used a basic 2 bedroom cabin. Very clean, nice beds and clean bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights and walked my small dog around the park. Paid a visit to the wetlands in Clare near the golf course, good walk and nice views. Would recommend and will go again.

An awesome weekend! Service was top notch, the cabin was brilliant and clean, the pedal carts and facilities sensational. We will be back next year for sure!

We started off camping which was fine until way too many huge 8-legged visitors decided to visit our camp (no fault of the park there had just been a lot of rain and it was an unlucky situation to find ourselves in). We decided the next day to just go home and upon telling the staff we'd be leaving early and why they were so kind of offer us a cabin instead so we could finish our stay for the weekend. It really made our day and was so very appreciated!!!! got to enjoy our saturday in the Clare Valley how it should be; lots of wine and good food!

Amazing caravan park lots of stuff to do with the kids and the new waterpark is amazing highly recommend staying here very nice park

Huge park that’s close to wineries! You can access the Riesling trail from here and they do bike hires. There are a couple wineries within walking distance. 5min walk is the lovely Shut the Gate winery and the information centre is basically touching camp. Great little centre for more wine, info and they had a food truck when we were there.

One of my favourite discovery parks. Situated on the bushland with plenty of amenities for kids and families. The delux cabins are quite spacious with separate bathroom and toilet. The big balcony is perfect place to chill out. Ideal for holiday stays.

Great caravan park. 4th we have stayed in the unpowered sites.
Sites are nice and big.
Portable toilets and showers were new, not sure if they were for the Gourmet weekend or not.
Only down side is some clown was running his generator during the day.
