Chemist Warehouse Whitford

I come to this pharmacy all the time, even left my script in their file. Staff are friendly and helpful I even spoke to one of the Pharmacist few times. I understand that it can`t get really busy, but that`s the way it is, I give an ample amount of time to wait.

Don’t come here for a prescription unless you have done it on line. It’s an hour or more wait if you walk in. Makes the savings worthless. Whitfords is sometimes the only place to get certain things. The staff are ok and just got served in 15 minutes so not so bad

Busy pharmacy, Staff friendly and informative both on the shop floor and at the pharmacy counter .Great range of products with prices far cheaper than their local competitors.

Have to say the Gentleman who assisted me yesterday who I believe is the owner was super helpful I was looking to stock up on my QV wash and he was up ladders checking out boxes not palming it off to other staff. Definitely impressed. I often review Chemist warehouse products on my beauty blog and Insta and I’m happy to say I had a great experience

I had a wonderful experience thanks to excellent customer service from Sharmia(?excuse my spelling). She drove to another store to collect an out of stock item to save me the inconvenience of travelling with my baby, all in time to make a doctor's appointment! Really appreciate her going above and beyond and I was in such a rush I didn't even get to thank you face to face.

I required a product to take to my elderly Mum who lives in the country. When I phoned, the staff member (Olwen?) was unable to locate any product on shelf, so she offered to look in stock & call me back. 10 mins later David phoned & advised he had located product and had put it aside for me to pick up. Both staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you!

First time having a click and collect at this particular store due to them having stock not available at my local. I discovered an item was missing and notified the store who rectified the situation without issue. On pick up the staff were lovely. So, well done and thanks to CW Whitfords.

I went to chemist warehouse today and although busy While I waited in line to hand in my script I was greeted by a thanks for waiting from which was lovely and then a guy behind the checkout called kye was wonderful, he greeted me with a smile and wished me a nice day, this was the best customer service I have received since I have been a regular customer there for years. Well done guys

getting a script took a long time and there was quite rude girls behind the medication counter. Im giving 4 stars in spite of that to the 2 brunette girls at the till about 12pm who were so polite and friendly, im quite slow with moving and they didnt rush me and told me to take my time was really appreciated. Lovely girls!!! get more staff like those girls in the back of the store!!
