We purchased a free-standing bath also suitable for my tall husband to enjoy, tap fitting/fixtures, washer + the care to hold until we could have it delivered & installed.

Ordered shaver cabinets and when arrived they stored them until we needed them. On collection they opened packages and inspected both cabinets. Noticed a small (minor) dob of glue on edge, they got the Rep out and he fixed it. Fantastic service, very helpful when we were looking at bathroom accessories, not pushy. Definitely recommend their staff and business practices.

I have had nothing but excellent service and savings from Budget Plumbing. I did my homework thoroughly and looked around for the best prices but still getting high quality items. I was totally satisfied with Budget Plumbing in both cases. Price could not be beaten anywhere else and the quality was number one. But I think that the top reason for my family buying our bathroom and kitchen items from them was that they are a local family business. Honestly they deserve more than five stars 😊 thank you Budget Plumbing and keep up the great work.

Hubert and Anthony were very helpful and friendly with the process of selecting taps and shower fittings. They were very knowledgeable in their advice on price vs quality. The tap selection here is not as varied as it might be in some larger bathroom shops but the service is excellent.

From day 1 the staff were very helpful but unfortunately the product purchased did not fit our bathroom. They offered a refund and the money was back in our account in no time. They did not need to do a refund at all but still did. Many thanks for your help. Anthony was brilliant.

I can not recommend Budget Plumbing service high enough as there service and help was outstanding. I am currently renovating a property down South in Yallingup and was struggling to find a shower base and shower unit for the bathroom, no one had stock and it could have taken weeks to get it from the Eastern States. Hubert went on and beyond locating the correct shower base for me from a shipment that had just arrived and had his van drive down to Yallingup to deliver it to me. Thank you all so much for saving the day! I only wish I knew about you earlier as I would have purchased everything from you. Great big showroom in Bibra Lakes as well.

Amazing service!! The only plumbing centre in Australia which still carried a bathroom basin which I needed to replace. It arrived safely from WA to NSW, professionally wrapped. Friendly and most courteous reception.

Very helpful. They went above and beyond to find a replacement part for a discontinued tap set that none of the other plumbing supply stores could help with. Also provided helpful advice. Ended up buying a new tap set from them that I'm very happy with.

A wonderful store to visit with such helpful and friendly staff. The store is well set out and the staff have excellent product knowledge. Product range is great and the prices are realistic not over inflated like other shops. Will definitely be retuning in future for any other plumbing needs.
