Kristen, Poolwerx East Fremantle, could not be more helpful when I recently had problems with my vacuum. She never gave up when getting the run around from the service people, including contacting the Sydney supplier to finally resolve my problem! It took 2 months of calling, emailing and keeping me up to date. This is SERVICE! Thanks so much 😃

I've been a pool owner at multiple properties for over 25 years & have seen off a number of second class pool maintenance & supply companies.
These guys are first class.
The owners & staff are all very professional & great to deal with.
A special mention to Cass - highly knowledgeable advice, no BS & very friendly.

Cass knows her stuff, is prompt in responding and following up any issues or contact. A great link between the excellent technical staff and the customer.

Since using the East Fremantle store and being helped by Cass my pool is in tip top condition
I also have a good understanding of how to get it there now through out the year with the different seasons
