Workshop Espresso

Tbh I don’t even know why i am giving a five star review. I mean I am usually very picky about coffee shops, and logically I would only give 4 stars since they don’t have a nice sitting area. But there is something about this place that feels really nice. There coffees are pretty nice to begin with, and sometimes it’s just nice to grab a latte and start walking in the city I guess.

Located adjacent to the tram and QVB you would expect this cafe to be expensive and not good - focusing on quantity not quality. However, I’ve made this my regular when I’m in the CBD. Always open, inc Sundays, always good. The coffee is very consistent with a darker roast providing a good strong cup - they serve a blend by Tobys just for them.

Great grab and go coffee and breakfast snacks. The iced vanilla latte was great, as was the peanut butter protein ball. Very limited seating, but the service was very quick

It did coffee and my double shot flat white had a real kick. Across the road from the Queen Victoria Building (QVB) and right out the front of the new team lines meaning no noisy cars plus seating inside and out makes this a really convenient go to it you live coffee. Nice relaxing views, and a great people watching spot.

This lovely hole in the wall serves some of the best tasting coffee In Sydney. Coupled with a ham and cheese croissant, spectacular views of the Sydney Town hall it's a great stop for any tourist or Sydneysider seeking needing a pick me up.

Cute, charming little find in the middle of the CBD. Lots of character and friendly faces, despite our visit early on a Sunday morning! Coffee really hit the spot, too. Delightful experience.

Ordered a large flat white, toon about 5mins, 4.5 for large coffee. Best of all, no fee for amex or visa and mastercard.

One of the best Flat Whites I had in Sydney. Quick grab and go shop off the main shopping district.

The coffee is amazing and the bacon and egg bun even better. Kudos for being open on public holidays

Thanks for the constant water top ups (upon dining in), and I liked my avocado bruschetta ($7.90.) Someone sitting to my left had a bacon and egg sandwich - that looked delish too. Going to try that next time. Thanks for the great service.

I need to give this place 5 stars for their flat whites. Perfect temperature, great beans, made to style. They could hike prices and I'd still be coming back.
To stress again, Workshop Espresso has brilliant baristas who make the coffee at a perfect, drinkable temperature. The milk is frothed, tempered and sweet. They don't butcher the milk til it's 90°c. If you want coffee to enjoy, go to Workshop Espresso.

Love the coffee here. Anytime I'm in Town Hall, I make sure to grab my latte from here. Staff is friendly and coffee is good.

The nicest and friendliest staff - they make excellent coffee! Excellent service all round. My go to coffee place when in the CBD.

I haven't been here in a while, but noticed they were new owners. My coffee was great - much better than before. Nice strong coffee!
